FairHeat won the Collaboration Award at this year’s CIBSE Building Performance Awards.
The ceremony was held Thursday 24th February at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge in London and FairHeat was recognised for its work with Origin Housing, Hill Group and I-MEX on the Echo Court development and for delivering outstanding outcomes.

The Echo Court development is a 116-apartment residential scheme, built for affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale. FairHeat was brought in to provide heat network delivery support for Hill Group construction team and I-MEX (M&E contractor) ensuring that the network would be handed over with efficient performance.
