elemental will be taking part in a new initiative designed to bring students and energy professionals together, in a competition to find solutions to decarbonise London ahead of 2050.
The London Energy Idea Challenge 2021 – taking place on February 27th and 28th – is a virtual inter-university competition where students will team up to propose innovative decarbonisation solutions. There will be workshops, mentoring and networking opportunities where participants will get to hear from, and speak to, industry experts and other like-minded individuals.
A collaboration between five London universities, London School of Economics, King’s College London, University College London, Imperial College London and Queen Mary University of London, the competition includes the chance to win several prizes and students can sign up to enter online by choosing the ‘sign up here’ tab on this link: https://linktr.ee/londonenergyideachallenge
