Hopkins Homes has become the first housebuilder in the UK to offer a 10-year guarantee of zero energy bills.
The company has extended its partnership with Octopus Energy, doubling the previous five-year commitment. This industry-first guarantee applies to select properties at Hopkins’ Church View development in Bramford, Suffolk, which have upgraded battery storage systems.
With increased capacity, these properties can store and utilise more renewable energy, ensuring extended periods of self-sufficiency.
