The Women’s Engineering Society is holding a virtual celebration of International Women in Engineering Day on 23rd June.
Attendees will be able to hear remarkable stories of engineering heroism from past and present – and there will also be top tips for how to become an engineering hero of the future.
The event will also include an announcement of the 2021 Top 50 Women in Engineering Awards, profiling the best, brightest and bravest women in engineering today: those who recognise a problem, then dare to be part of the solution, and who undertake everyday ‘heroics’ as much as emergency ones.
This event is FREE to attend but as a charity, WES welcomes voluntary donations.
