Wren, the UK’s number one kitchen retailer, has expanded its expertise into the contract, property development and social housing sector with remarkable success.

Emerging as a trusted partner for developers and housing professionals big and small, Wren Contracts is consistently raising the bar, delivering excellence throughout its supply chain.

From single dwellings to expansive residential and high-rise developments, Wren Contracts is fast cementing its reputation as the brand to be associated with. Known for affordable luxury, Wren not only designs, manufactures and delivers over 140,000 kitchens each year, it also offers an expansive range of affordable luxury fitted bedrooms.

The UK’s largest kitchen collection

Wren has the price and product to suit every contract, property development and social housing project. Starting with their EasyFit range, which includes their most popular designs and styles, through to Infinity and Infinity Plus (a premium range with more than 2,000 design and colour options). Wren also supply award-winning accessible kitchens – for multi-generational and limited mobility users.

Lead times that lead the way

All Wren kitchens, bedrooms and Quartz worktops are designed, manufactured and delivered in-house, ensuring the highest standards throughout its supply chain with the shortest lead times. Property Development clients can expect lead times of just 2-3 weeks. Social Housing Contracts offer lead times of 4 days for voids and less than 10 days for complete orders.

Award-winning delivery

Wren own the key elements of its supply chain including transport and delivery. Their nationwide delivery service is scheduled to fit around the site’s programmes, rather than deliveries that suit a pre-determined journey plan. All products are unloaded by Wren teams and transported to the correct, secure plot.

The highest standards of quality

Wren’s award-winning installation team is BiKBBi and FIRA International Gold accredited, testament to their exemplary levels of workmanship, attention to detail and adherence to health & safety, just one element that sets Wren apart from its competitors. All installers are overseen by dedicated Installation Managers who personally manage no more than 10 sites, ensuring that Wren Contract’s class leading management service is not compromised.

A greener future

Beyond commercial success, Wren is deeply committed to environmental sustainability. From TripleTrunking and advanced route planning (which reduces road miles and emissions 60%+ compared to conventions delivery and routing methods) to sourcing from sustainable supplies, recycling and biodiversity projects – their programme is extensive and diverse. Their roadmap is on track to achieve carbon neutral status by 2030, demonstrating a genuine and proactive concern for the planet and future generations.

Wren is currently working with Taylor Wimpey at a number of sites across the UK. Projects are ongoing with Cala and Wain too. Wren is also an approved supplier for Berkeley Group, Barratt Homes & Ardmore amongst others
